Linda Pendrith, GRNCM, BClinExPhysiol(Hons), AES, AEP
Linda holds a degree in exercise physiology, from Queensland University of Technology, graduating with first class honours.
​
She specialises in exercise for those living with chronic illness, and also works with seniors to maintain independent living through improving mobility, general fitness and working on fall prevention.​

Linda's mobile exercise physiology services covers Brisbane's western corridor from Milton to Moggill, including the suburbs of Taringa, Toowong, Indooroopilly, Chapel Hill, Kenmore, Brookfield, Pullenvale and Bellbowrie.
Linda has experience working with people with diabetes, cancer, osteoarthritis, heart disease, respiratory disease, neurological diseases and rheumatic diseases, amongst others. With a first degree in music, she also has an interest in the role of music in facilitating movement, in Parkinson's Disease. ​

Linda is passionate about the philosophy that "exercise is medicine" and that it is key to improving quality of life, whatever your circumstances. She uses an evidence-based approach to ensure that her exercise programming is based on up-to-date science.​
