Rebates are available through Medicare, if you have a chronic condition lasting more than 6 months, that will benefit from exercise physiology services. You will need a Chronic Disease Management (CDM) plan, available through your GP, which will entitle you to up to 5 exercise physiology sessions per year.
Can I get rebates for exercise physiology through my private health fund?
Many health funds offer rebates for both individual and group exercise physiology services, if you have "extras" cover. Check with your health fund for details.
Do I need a referral for exercise physiology services?

Do I need my own exercise equipment?
You won't need your own equipment for your sessions with me but you may like to buy some basic equipment (eg:therabands and dumbells) for your independent exercise sessions. I will be able to advise on suitable equipment at your second session.
